All meat is vacuum packed, dated and labelled.
 
Delivery charges are £10 for orders upto 18kg, £20 between 18kg and 28kg, with 30p per kilo extra upto a maximum of 50kg per delivery.
 
Deliveries are available on Wednesday through Fridays, we do not offer weekend or Monday deliveries. This ensures our produce reaches you in the freshest possible condition.
 
Morning delivery and Special requests for 'before a certain time' can be submitted using the 'special instructions' box in the online store (this is shown under every item in the store so you can't miss it). We can request but not guarantee delivery times.
 
Deliveries must be signed for. We are able to track all deliveries and check that parcels have been delivered, the date they were signed for and that the parcel arrived in good condition.
 
Any problems with a delivery or quality of goods should be reported within 24hrs of receipt. If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to us promptly and preferably in the original packaging.
 
Final price and postage/packing (shipping) costs will be confirmed once your order is ready for despatch. The price and postage costs shown in the online store are for guidance only and may change due to natural variations in joint sizes, between packs of meat, sizes of bird available.
 
We will always confirm any changes to pricing or shipping with you prior to taking payment and despatch.
