Mutton Full Leg Joint - bone in, from 1kg to 3.5kg approx

Shoulder - shoulder of mutton, 3kg to 5kg approx, roughly 700g a portion. (On the bone).

Fizzer's marinaded Mutton shoulder, approx 3kg to 5kg, marinaded in water, honey, white wine vinegar, olive oil, apricot conserve, rosemary, mint and onion.

Chops - Organic Mutton chops. Approx 3 chops per 500g, order in 500g packs

Minced Mutton. 500g pack, ideal for a family stew, meatballs, koftas, stuffings and much more, very tasty.

Diced - Organic diced Mutton in approx 500g packs. Absolutely delicious! This stunning meat is ideally suited to long, slow casserole cooking and wonderful the next day in hotpot.

Liver or Kidney - fabulous mutton liver or kidney, packs 200g approx.

No routine chemicals, drugs or growth promotors have been used in the production of our organic meat, be it beef, lamb, pork, bacon, gammon, ham or mutton.
There have been NO cases of BSE in animals from organic farms in the UK.
At all times we put the welfare of the animal before profit.
To claim that an animal is 'organic', we must be able to trace it's production from the individual animal right through to the point of despatch to our customer.
