Beef Produce ListFillet Steaks are available in two types, the fillet medallion and the fillet tail, However, for a special occasion, a whole fillet might be the order of the day. Sirloin - available as sirloin steaks, pack of 2 approx 450g or as a fast roasting sirloin joint (on the bone) from 1kg upto approx 3kg.. Rump - rump steaks individually packed at approx 250g each, if you have any special requirements, either let us know when you order or email us with details. T-Bone - t-bone steak, individually packed approx 500g to 750g. Frying - frying steak pack of two, approx 250g per pack. Ideal for a quick steak dinner or a mouth-watering sandwich. Minute - fast cooking, not quite a minute but close! Minute steaks Pack of 2 approx 250g. Braising - braising steak approx 500g packs. Ideal for casseroles and other slow cooking methods. Tasty and warming on a cold day. Stewing - diced steak pack 500g, ideal for stews, hotpots, curries, casseroles and general slower cooking. Topside - topside joints from 1kg to 3kg approx, fast roaster, ideal for Sunday lunch. Silverside - silverside joints from 1kg to 3kg approx, fast roaster, ideal for Sunday lunch. Sirloin - sirloin joint, on the bone, 1kg to 3kg approx Forerib - beef fore-rib on the bone, approx 1.5kg per rib. Slow roaster with full flavour. Brisket - rolled brisket of beef, 1kg to approx 3kg, slow cook roaster. Stir Fry Strips - beef stir fry, strips 500g pack. Ideal for quick stir frys, curries, soups, warm salads etc. Minced Steak - steak mince 500g packs, ideal for stews, broth, soups, meatballs, stuffings, fillings and super value. Burgers - steak burgers, 2 pack 500g approx, super-sized burgers for BBQ, grill, frying etc. Fantastic with your favourite dressing, sauce or just seasoned on a bun. Oxtail - beef oxtail, ideal soups, stews, hotpots etc, 1kg pack. Steak & Kidney - steak and kidney pack 500g approx, ideal for pies, stews, casseroles. |
